Job Summary

The 5G Private Cellular Networks Engineer role is pivotal in advancing our wireless network capabilities focusing on core network and radio access technologies. With expertise in 5G and network virtualization the candidate will drive innovation in wireless system integration and private networks. This position requires a strategic thinker who can enhance auto-detailed design and yard management operations ensuring seamless connectivity and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

+ Lead the development and optimization of core network and wireless technologies to enhance connectivity and performance.

+ Oversee the integration of radio access networks ensuring robust and efficient communication systems.

+ Provide expertise in network function virtualization to streamline operations and improve scalability.

+ Drive the deployment and management of 5G private networks focusing on security and reliability.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement wireless system integration strategies that align with business goals.

+ Ensure the seamless operation of 5G networks addressing any technical challenges that arise.

+ Develop and execute auto-detailed design plans to improve network architecture and efficiency.

+ Manage yard operations optimizing processes for better resource allocation and productivity.

+ Conduct regular assessments of network performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

+ Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge on advanced network technologies and practices.

+ Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on network strategies and objectives.

+ Monitor industry trends and advancements in wireless technology to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.

+ Support travel requirements to various sites for network assessments and project implementations. Qualifications

+ Possess strong technical skills in core network and wireless technologies including radio access and 5G networks.

+ Demonstrate expertise in network function virtualization and wireless system integration.

+ Have experience in auto-detailed design and yard management operations.

+ Show proficiency in managing complex network projects and driving operational excellence.

+ Exhibit ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

+ Display knowledge of industry trends and advancements in wireless technology.

+ Hold a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in network technologies and operations.

Certifications Required

Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP) 5G Network Certification
