    WithinourGreeley,COmanufacturingfacility-LeprinoFoodsisseekingManufacturingLeadershipDevelopmentTraineestoparticipateinourroughly12-monthintensiveprogramwhereyouwilllearntheins-and-outsofmodernmanufacturing,peopleleadership,andanindepthunderstandingofLeprino'scheeseandnutritionproductionoperations.

     

    Uponsuccessfulcompletionoftheprogram,yourfirstroleinmanagementwillbeasaProductionSupervisorinoneofourninemanufacturingplantsacrossthecountry.TheultimateintentofthisprogramistogrowindividualsbeyondthesupervisorlevelandintofutureleaderswithinLeprino'sproductionoperations!

    StartingSalary:

    Alltraineeswillstartatabasesalaryof$75,000,withaninitialrelocationassistancepackage(lump-sum)of$6,000.Upongraduationoftheprogram,Leprinooffersafullrelocationassistancepackage!Thispositionasanannualtargetbonusof5%ofannualearnings.

    TraineeResponsibilities:

    + Learnanddemonstratetechnical/functionalcompetenceinmanufacturingandqualityprocesses.Developandapplysafetyandpeopleleadershipskills.

    + Uselearnedknowledgetohelpsuperviseteamoperationsandmakerecommendationsforlaborandmanufacturingefficiencies,costsavings,andqualityimprovements.

    + Assistwithteamleadershipbysupportingandimplementingprogramsinoperatortraining,safety,communications,performancerecognition,andinternalemployeedevelopmenttoensurepeakemployeeefficiency.

    + Helpsupervisordailyshiftoperationstodeliveronmanufacturingstandardsandqualityparameterstoachievetargetedproductionvolumesforareaofresponsibility.

    + Buildandcultivatestrongworkingrelationships,collaborationwithintheteamandwithteammembers,andapositiveworkenvironment.

    + Prepareanddeliverpre-shiftmeetingsandpost-shiftpassdowncommunications.

    + Beactivelyinvolvedintheplant'squalityexecutionprogramtoachievequalitygoals.

    + Maintainhighefficiencyandcostefficiencythroughaccurateschedulingofproductionandprocessingoperations,maintenance,andworkforce.

    + IntegrateLeprinoQualityintoallaspectsoftheprogramasevidencedbydemonstratingcontinuousimprovement,teamworkwithco-workers,distinguishedcustomerservice,andstrivingforperfection.

    + Majorchallengesofthispositionaretocoordinatemanufacturingprocessvitaltomanufactureconsistenthigh-qualityproductstomeetcustomerdemands,assistleadingemployees,andrecognizeopportunitiestoimprovecheeseornutritionqualityandcost.
