Program Director – IDD Services (On-Call)
**Location:** South Austin, TX (6800 Westgate Blvd)
**Salary:** $50,000/year (Salaried)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Program Director to oversee IDD services and ensure high-quality, person-centered support for individuals served. This role includes managing a caseload and being on call for emergencies, which are typically handled by phone.
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee the implementation of individualized, person-centered plans focused on health, safety, and personal growth.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
+ Manage day-to-day program operations, caseloads of 30+ individuals, and stakeholder relationships.
+ Maintain a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.
+ Travel to assigned group homes, community meetings, and off-site locations as needed (mileage reimbursed).
What We’re Looking For
+ Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
+ Experience in case management or similar roles strongly preferred due to the demands of carrying a large caseload.
+ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ A reliable self-starter who is punctual, accountable, and willing to go the extra mile for the people we serve.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to support and guide staff.
+ Comfortable with an on-call rotation and capable of addressing emergencies.
+ Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, car registration, and auto insurance.
