Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and ready to learn? Chris-Craft, a leader in luxury boat manufacturing, is seeking a Mold Care Repair Finisher I to join our dynamic team. This is your opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where craftsmanship and quality matter.

What You’ll Do

+ Repair and maintain molds used in boat production.

+ Learn to use specialized tools like DA sanders and buffers.

+ Mix gel coats and resins for repairs and apply them using spray equipment.

+ Identify and fix mold defects with precision.

+ Operate advanced equipment such as the Zund machine.

+ Cross-train in multiple areas for career growth.

What We’re Looking For

+ High school diploma or GED preferred.

+ Experience with fiberglass or auto body repair is a plus.

+ Familiarity with mixing gel coats or paints.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

+ Excellent vision and good attendance required.

Physical & Safety Requirements

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions.

+ Exposure to heat, dust, and chemicals—PPE provided.

+ Commitment to safety procedures and hazard awareness.
