Full-Time Nights in the Nursing Float Pool – Expand Your Skills with a Supportive, Dynamic Team

The Nursing Float Pool offers a dynamic and collaborative environment built on trust, adaptability, and professional growth. Sign-on bonus available up to $2,500 for Full-Time Roles!

+ Schedule: 6:45pm - 7:15am, Night Shift, Full-Time (Shift Differential; Float Pool Differential)

+ Department: Nursing Float Pool

+ Location: Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center

What We're Looking For

+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

+ Experience:

+ One year preferred.

+ One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.

+ Licensure/Certification:

+ Completion of NAI program, required.

+ Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.

+ Medication Safety - AME, required.

+ NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

+ Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation
