    Job Description

    **Join Teledyne and make an impact in financial operations!** We’re looking for a Cost Accountant to support manufacturing cost analysis and ensure accurate reporting. If you have strong analytical skills and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.

    What you’ll do

    + Develop, implement, and maintain cost accounting systems.

    + Prepare journal entries, reconcile ledger accounts, and maintain accurate records.

    + Monitor and close production jobs, verifying parts and labor reporting.

    + Analyze manufacturing costs and variances; prepare reports for management.

    + Collaborate with operations to improve profitability and cost control.

    + Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities.

    What you need

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)

    + 2–4 years of accounting or finance experience (required)

    + Strong analytical, judgment, and organizational skills (required)

    + Excellent computer skills and ability to multi-task (required)

    + Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required)

    + Experience with Epicor ERP or similar systems (advantage)

    + Background in a production-driven environment (advantage)
