    Responsibilities for a Part-Time Receptionist include but are not limited to:

    + Perform administrative and clerical duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, managing calendars, typing/word processing, filing, copying, faxing, and tracking expenses/attendance.

    + Coordinate building and equipment maintenance, assist with meeting setups, manage office supplies, printers, cleanliness, and daily open/close responsibilities.

    + Arrange travel, handle lunch orders and RSVPs, sort and deliver mail, and support events hosted at the center including setup and teardown; support executives at the SLT level and below.

    Candidates for the Part-Time Receptionist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years of customer service and/or clerical experience.

    + 1+ year of experience managing travel arrangements, mail distribution, lunch orders, RSVPs, and general office operations.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

    + Bilingual (Spanish); ability to lift up to 30 lbs; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred.

    + Prior receptionist or call center phone experience is a plus; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    **Pay Details:** $22.74 per hour
