Adecco is seeking Call Center Agents for our local client in Mesa, AZ. As a **Call Center Agent** , you will be the voice of our clients—assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every call, chat, or email. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Pay- $** **18.50/hour
Direct hire! 8 hour shift between the hours of 9:15AM-9:15PM
Key Responsibilities
+ Handle **inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, or emails** in a professional and courteous manner.
+ **Listen actively** to customer concerns, identify their needs, and provide accurate information or solutions.
+ **Process orders, payments, returns, and account updates** as required.
+ **Troubleshoot product or service issues** , escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
+ Maintain a strong understanding of client products, promotions, and policies.
+ Accurately **document customer interactions** using internal systems and CRM tools.
+ Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
+ Upholdvalues of empathy, teamwork, and integrity in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
+ **High school diploma or equivalent** required; college coursework a plus.
+ **6+ months of customer service or call center experience** preferred.
+ Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** .
+ Strong **problem-solving and active listening** abilities.
+ Proficient in **basic computer applications** and CRM systems.
+ Ability to **multitask** in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
+ Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Pay Details:** $18.50 to $19.50 per hour
