Are you a proactive, detail-oriented legal professional ready for your next move in Personal Injury law? Our recruiting agency partners with law firms throughout the entire Baltimore-metro area, and we’re actively seeking strong Paralegals and Legal Assistants to support fast-paced, high-impact PI practices.

About our roles

You’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients throughout the life of a personal injury case. Responsibilities may include:

+ Managing case files from intake through settlement or litigation

+ Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and discovery

+ Communicating with clients, medical providers, adjusters, and opposing counsel

+ Requesting, organizing, and summarizing medical records and bills

+ Maintaining deadlines, calendars, and case management systems

+ Assisting with trial prep, negotiations, and mediations

Requirements

What firms are looking for

+ Prior Personal Injury experience (pre-litigation, litigation, or both)

+ Strong communication and client-service skills

+ Excellent organization and follow-through

+ Ability to manage a high-volume caseload

+ Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
