+ Ability to prepare timely, accurate entry declarations

+ Must be able to meet/exceed our best-in-class key performance indicators daily

+ Must be visionary and able to bring ideas to leadership to improve processes

+ Open files as required

+ Monitor timely entry release

+ Monitor all PGA (FDA, etc.) files, ensure the release of all agencies

+ Scan, and index documents into imaging system

+  Proper handling of “Entry Documents Required Entries”

+ Accurate & Timely billing – including sending billing to clients as required

+ Turnover to dispatch as required, timely

+ Customer Service – timely, clear & accurate communication both written and verbal with customers both internal and external

+ At least 2 years prior customs brokerage experience

+ Experience with processing entries, all modes of transportation, with all PGAs including FDA Certification

+ Ability to work under pressure

+ Take ownership of all that you do
