Position: Long Term Substitute Elementary Special Education Teacher (Grade 4)

Status: Long-Term Substitute

Duration: Through June 26, 2026

Reports to: Principal

Salary Range: $40-$55K (prorated)

We are looking for a student-centered, dynamic individual for long-term substitute teaching roles in Elementary and Elementary Special Education.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ Ability to pass a NYS Education Department background check

+ Excellent writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and on a team

Preferred Qualifications

+ Teaching Experience

+ NYS Certification in Childhood Education or Special Education
