Job Summary
The Harrison College of Pharmacy Dean’s Office is seeking a reliable and motivated Auburn University undergraduate student to serve as a **Student Dean’s Office Assistant** . This position provides front-line support to the Dean’s Office, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors. The assistant will gain valuable experience in customer service, event support, and professional office operations while working closely with faculty, staff, administrators, alumni, and fellow students.
Essential Functions
+ Greet visitors and walk-ins at the Dean’s Office welcome desk.
+ Provide assistance during meetings and events, including setup and breakdown.
+ Support recruitment and outreach events hosted by the College.
+ Run campus-wide errands and deliver materials as needed.
+ Assist with office operations, including answering phones and directing inquiries.
+ Represent the Dean’s Office in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Minimum Qualifications
+ Must be a currently enrolled Auburn University undergraduate student (any major).
+ Availability to work up to 20 hours per week during the academic semester, including Fall 2025 and Spring 2026.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.
+ Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
+ Willingness to learn and assist with a variety of office- and event-related tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience planning events
+ Ability to attend some events after normal work hours
