    Primary Care NP/PA (Desktop) in Central Maine

     

    Northern Light Sebasticook Valley Hospital is seeking a motivated, experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support our Primary Care practices in the Central Maine area. The successful candidate will be a vital resource for the continuity of care for patients, by covering other provider’s desktops and panels when they are out of the office.

    Position Highlights:

    • Monday-Friday schedule

    • Very limited call

    • Mostly remote as a combination of direct patient care, transitions of care, annual wellness, high-need and telephonic visits
