Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) T32, Position Description Number PDD1622000 and is part of the AZ 161st Air Refueling Wing, National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located at the 161st ARW in Phoenix, Arizona. This comprehensive description covers five programs/specialties within the Air National Guard Military Personnel Flight. The primary purpose is to administer and accomplish functions of one or more of the following human resources programs: Career Enhancements, Customer Service, Employments, Relocations, and/or Readiness. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Military Grades: E-4/SrA - E-6/TSgt Compatible Military Assignments: Possess the AFSC of 3F051 or 3F071 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 1-year specialized experience must be equivalent to at least the next lower grade. Specialized experience is experience that prepared the applicant to perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience factors encompass human resources program's business competencies, familiarity with the subject matter or processes used in human resources programs associated with DoD, U.S. Army, or U.S. Air Force. DUTIES (CONDENSE) --Serves as advisor to commanders on assigned unit human resources (HR) programs. Interprets policy and provides procedural guidance to commanders, supervisors, and staff members. Career Enhancements:--Plans, directs, controls and provides advisory services on all aspects of the Career Enhancement program for both Active Guard Reserve (AGR), unit drill status guardsmen, full time technicians and potential members. Customer Service:--Plans, directs, and controls all aspects of the Customer Service Program. Employments:--Plans, directs, and controls all aspects of the human resources employment program. Relocations:--Plans, directs, and controls all aspects of the Relocation program for all members. Readiness:--Develops wing readiness plans for the administration of contingencies and mobilizations. Education You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your Educational claims. To receive credit for Education, you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
