    The Good Eating Company is seeking a **dynamic Operations Manager** to lead a multi-faceted café for one of our top clients in San Jose. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee food service attendants, the barista bar, and campus pantries—guiding frontline staff and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional, memorable experience.

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement -Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
