    Mulesoft Technical Architect

    Job Requirements:

    + Strong Mulesoft technical knowledge - MCD certification preferred

    + Experience with Mulesoft connector for Salesforce and BigQuery will be desirable

    + Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog or Dynatrace

    + Problem solving - Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues, analytical thinking to identify root causes, resourcefulness in troubleshooting under pressure

    + Communication skills - Clear and concise communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, Ability to clearly convey information between onsite and offshore teams.

    + Attention to detail - Careful monitoring of systems and logs, Thorough documentation of incidents and resolutions

    + Teamwork and Collaboration - Working effectively with development, QA, and platform support teams, Willingness to share knowledge and assist others

    + On-Call Readiness - Willingness to be on-call for after-hours support

    + Leadership - Guides and motivates offshore team members
