    Our client, a leading organization in the printing and equipment services industry, is seeking a Customer Print Technician to join their team. As a Customer Print Technician, you will be part of the service support department supporting client accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction following established procedures

    + Perform installations, reinstallations, maintenance, and repairs on customer equipment

    + Acquire job skills and become familiar with company policies and procedures to complete routing assignments/tasks

    + Work on routine assignments that require limited judgment and minimal problem resolution

    + Allocate your time efficiently as directed by your supervisor

    + Ability to follow detailed instructions and work on routine tasks
