    Our client, a leading organization in commercial real estate, is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the engineering team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Facility Maintenance Technician

    **Location:** St. Louis, MO

     

    Pay Range: $23hr- $25hr

     

    Shift: 7am- 4pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist the engineering team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment

    + Perform general maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting

    + Complete work orders in the CMMS system and maintain proper service documentation

    + Maintain tools, parts, equipment, and supplies in clean and safe conditions

    + Support on-call or emergency response situations as needed

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 1-2 years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry

    + Trade school, union training, military service, or college is desirable

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

    + Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall

    + Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift, and drive
