Responsibilities for a _Production Manager_ include but are not limited to:

• Conduct audits related to payment and data flows between APS and external partners. Provide recommendations based on regulation and industry best practices.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks in payment data flows and processes. Ensure compliance-related issues are addressed in a timely manner.

• Monitor and analyze payment metrics, such as transaction volume, decline rates, etc., and identify opportunities for optimization.

• Operationalize anomaly and issue detection tools so that we can detect and resolve issues faster.

• Leverage data-driven insights to make informed recommendations on data and process improvements.

Candidates for _Production Manager_ must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).

• Strong understanding of the payment’s ecosystem, including payment gateways, merchant services, digital wallets, and mobile payments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data to drive product decisions.

• Knowledge of payment regulations, security standards, privacy, and industry best practices.

**Pay Details:** $74.63 per hour
