Job Title: Mold Inspector / Asbestos Consultant** **Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Mold Inspector / Asbestos Consultant to join our environmental safety team. This role involves conducting inspections, assessments, and testing for mold and asbestos in residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while providing expert guidance to clients on remediation and prevention strategies.
Responsibilities
+ Perform on-site inspections to identify potential mold growth and asbestos-containing materials.
+ Collect air, surface, and bulk samples for laboratory analysis.
+ Prepare detailed inspection reports, including findings, risk assessments, and recommendations.
+ Advise property owners, contractors, and stakeholders on safe remediation practices.
+ Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state-specific environmental regulations.
+ Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing results, and client communications.
+ Provide education and consultation to clients regarding health risks and preventive measures.
+ Collaborate with remediation teams to oversee safe removal and disposal processes.
Essential Skills
+ Expertise in asbestos and mold repair.
+ Knowledge of environmental science and quality inspection.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ TDLR Mold License
+ TDSHS Asbestos License

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
