    Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

    Job Description

    The role involves creating reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership, utilizing findings to support informed decision-making processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Work with the Facilities Maintenance team to monitor and evaluate open tickets and completed work orders in the CMMS.

    + Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data while ensuring compliance with privacy laws such as PERPA/HIPAA.

    + Communicate findings effectively through compelling visualizations, including dashboards, reports, briefing decks, stories, scorecards, and executive briefings tailored for various audiences using tools like Power BI and Tableau.

    + Proofread and edit reports and other products to ensure consistency in format.

    + Engage regularly with offices to stay informed about upcoming surveys and maintain updated documentation.

    + Assist in developing a comprehensive communication strategy and plan for the office or assigned area.

    + Maintain the office website and coordinate with the divisional communications team to produce materials.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Must have a high school diploma, Bachelors Degree preferred.

    + Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.

    + Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

    + Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

    + 3 years of experience in a related field.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in facilities maintenance and management.

    + Knowledge of vendor management.

    + Ability to handle work orders and facility management tasks.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
