    About the Summer Analyst Program

     

    KBCM provides its Summer Analysts unprecedented professional development opportunities through a mix of on-the-job training and structured, hands-on experience. The program is designed to provide broad experience across all stages of transaction executions, from pitch phase through closing. Because our Summer Analyst Program is a direct pipeline for our full-time Analyst positions, it offers exceptional potential for you to return to KBCM upon graduation to start your capital markets career.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Rising juniors enrolled in a four-year, undergraduate degree program with coursework in finance, economics or accounting graduating by May of 2027

    + Minimum 3.5 GPA

    + Strong quantitative and critical thinking abilities

    + Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities

    + Highly motivated with a strong work ethic

    + Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

     

    Equity Research

     

    The Equity Research group is responsible for producing analysis, recommendations, and reports on investment opportunities that institutional investors may be interested in. Our Senior Analysts specialize in specific industries, providing recommendations on public companies as well as expert knowledge on their sector. Our equity research coverage includes Basic Materials, Consumer, Energy, Healthcare, Industrial, Real Estate, and Technology.

     

    *KeyBank’s Campus Program Internship and Analyst positions are not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa). This includes, for example, situations where a candidate may have temporary work authorization while enrolled in school or upon graduation (e.g., CPT, OPT) but would need H-1B visa sponsorship within a few years of employment in order to maintain employment eligibility.

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

    This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $26.44 - $39.90 per hour. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.

    Equal Pay:

    The range included above reflects the full time salary range for this position. This position is also eligible to receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus. This position will be compensated at a range of $1,340 - $1,440 per week depending on location. In addition, this position will be eligible for overtime compensation which is paid in accordance with the fluctuating work week.
