    Job Title: VDC Project Manager

     

    Department: Virtual Design & Construction (VDC)

    About the Role

    We are seeking a VDC Project Manager to join our team. This role is critical in executing the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) on assigned projects, managing VDC content, maintaining standard work documentation, and providing marketing and estimating support as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Execute the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for assigned projects.

    + Set up and manage projects in Revizto.

    + Plan and execute laser scanning, process data, and create deliverables.

    + Utilize 360 photo platforms for accurate progress tracking and educate teams on best practices.

    + Support 4D/5D phasing modeling and animation creation using tools like Fuzor or Synchro Pro.

    + Collaborate with project teams on virtual mockups.

    + Provide marketing and estimating support as required.

    Required Skills

    + Proficiency in BIM and Revit.

    + Experience with Revizto project setup and management.

    + Knowledge of laser scanning workflows and deliverable creation.

    + Familiarity with 360 photo platforms for progress tracking.

    + Ability to create 4D/5D phasing models and animations.

    + Strong collaboration skills for virtual mockups.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Part 107 certification and experience using drones with associated software.

    + Programming experience with Dynamo, Python, or similar tools.

    + Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

    + Understanding of best practices for capturing and tracking project progress.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Ellendale, ND.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
