    DCH Honda of Oxnard is looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven Experienced Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. If you’re passionate about helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record in automotive sales, we want to meet you.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle buying process

    + Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Honda vehicles

    + Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

    + Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

    + Stay up to date with product knowledge, inventory, and promotions

    + Follow up with leads, maintain CRM notes, and provide exceptional customer service

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + 1+ years of automotive sales experience required

    + Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

    + Positive, energetic attitude with a customer-first mindset

    + Professional appearance and excellent work ethic

    + Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    The Estimated Monthly Earnings Range for this position is $4,017.00 - $13,225.00.
