About the role
As a **Facets ID Card Configuration Specialist** , you will make an impact by ensuring accurate configuration and validation of ID cards within Facets for targeted groups. You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain quality standards and deliver timely outputs that support healthcare operations.
In this role, you will:
+ Configure ID cards in Facets for designated groups.
+ Perform sample validation and quality checks on ID cards before issuance.
+ Review production ID cards for accuracy and compliance.
+ Manage ID card ordering with Fiserv and provide PDFs to sales for released cards.
+ Ensure all configurations align with business requirements and approval processes.

What you need to have to be considered
+ Strong knowledge of **Facets group structure** and ID card configuration.
+ Experience with **auto actions configuration** and benefits validation.
+ Familiarity with ID card print validation and approval processes.
+ Ability to perform quality checks and ensure compliance with standards.
+ Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
These will help you stand out
+ Hands-on experience with MCSA / ID card batch job functions.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams.
+ Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applicants will be accepted till 12/18/2025

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $65K-$75K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
