    Experienced Behavior Technician – School-Based Role inLos Angeles County

     

    AmergisHealthcare Staffing is looking for experiencedBehavior Technicians to join our school-based teams across Glendale, Burbank, Newhall, Monrovia, and greater LosAngeles County . If you have a background in ABA or behavioral supportand want to make a real difference in the lives of students, this is the rolefor you.

    Position Highlights

    + Pay: $21–$27/hour, based on experience

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

    + Location: School sites throughout Los Angeles County

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Provide direct support to students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

    + Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and care

    + Partner with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to ensure students receive the support they need

    + Build structured, inclusive environments that encourage growth and independence

    + Reinforce positive behaviors and promote social-emotional development

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + At least 2 years of experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or related intervention roles

    + RBT certification is a plus but not required

    + Must be at least 18 years old and meet all employment requirements

    + Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for student success
