Required Education/Experience

+ Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, or Economics and a minimum of 3 years of work experience in Accounting or Finance. or

+ Master's Degree Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 2 years of work experience in Accounting or Finance.

Preferred Education/Experience

+ Master's Degree Accounting or Finance and Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Accounting or Finance.

Relevant Work Experience

+ Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Accounting or Finance, required.

+ Supervisory experience of accounting personnel, preferred.

+ Auditing experience at a public accounting firm, required.

Skills and Abilities

+ Performs work independently with minimal supervision and

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills and

+ Ability to lead/manage others and

+ Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments and

+ Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure and

+ Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines and

+ Demonstrates a high commitment to quality and

+ Possesses strong technical aptitude and

+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc. and

Licenses and Certifications

+ Driver's License Required

+ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) CPA preferred Upon Hire Preferred

+ Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday
