    Job Description

    This position will be dedicated to protecting banking clients from fraud and scams. As a Fraud Prevention Call Center Representative, you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding customers by verifying suspicious payment activity flagged by trusted third-party systems via Phone.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Contact Center experience with a proven track record of handling high-volume calls.

    • Proficiency in Office 365, especially Outlook for managing communications.

    • Strong customer service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.

     

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust quickly. Banking or financial services experience is a strong plus.
