Property Ambassador:
The Property Ambassador position is an entry-level maintenance position for commercial office properties. In this position, you’ll be responsible for conducting minor maintenance repairs and also daily maintenance inspections. Attention to detail and good communication skills are needed for this position. Daily interaction with our Operations and Engineering teams will be necessary but most important will be the interactions with our customers. The following is a list of some of the duties required.
Inspections
• Exterior common areas
• Building exterior and parking areas
• Interior common areas
• Common area restrooms
• Vacant suites
Skills
• Custodial duties and general labor work as assigned including loading, unloading and moving
materials.
• Replace light bulbs/lamps and clean fixtures.
• Maintain the cleanliness of work areas.
• Painting, drywall work, and minor carpentry repairs.
• Prioritize service calls, and follow up upon completion.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for malfunctioning equipment or unsafe conditions.
• Complete other facility maintenance duties as assigned.
• Help to maintain stock and inventory control
• Respond quickly to emergencies
• Comply with all applicable codes and regulations of all governmental agencies having jurisdiction.
• Follow Company directives.
Requirements
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Driver’s license required.
• Proven record of excellent customer service.
• Must possess basic hand tools.
