Overview

Position Summary:

Join our dynamic warehouse team where you'll play a crucial role in managing inventory, ensuring smooth operations through efficient receiving, put-away, and shipping processes while maintaining pinpoint accuracy in our warehouse management system.

Key Job Responsibilities: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm

+ Receive inbound inventory; identify and record damages upon receipt.

+ Put away inventory in the appropriate physical location within warehouse in a timely and organized manner.

+ Ship outbound inventory based on transfer requests to Branches and Service Technicians.

+ Perform cycle counts as requested.

+ Maintain the inventory space in a clean, organized manner.

+ Support warehouse inventory inquiries.

+ Identify and resolve open PO's / transfers.

+ Work in a safe manner and perform all duties within government safety regulations and company safety policies.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Top Two Job Responsibilities:

+ Track, cycle count, and maintain inventory (New & Used) accuracy.

+ Reconcile discrepancies. Maintain a safe parts/warehouse operation per government safety regulation and company policy.

What we’re looking for

Required Education & Experience:

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent GED.

+ Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Attention to detail.

+ Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy warehouse and delivery environment.

+ Flexible and continuous improvement focused team player.

+ Effective oral and written communications. Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

+ Able to work flexible hours.

+ Basic computer, smart phone, and tablet skills.

+ Basic math skills.
