Salary Range: $39.62 - $63.41 Hourly
Schedule/Hours: DAY ONLY, 8 hours
Weekend Requirement: Generally No Weekends

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Vice President – System Patient Service Center, the Manager of Shared Support provides leadership, coordination, and operational oversight for the Quality Assurance (QA), Workforce Management (WFM), and Training & Development functions serving all Patient Service Center operations and other patient service areas supported by the Shared Support model at Aspirus Health, establishing scalable practices for enterprise-wide adoption.
This position ensures these Shared Support functions operate as enterprise resources, aligning standards, tools, and best practices across Access & Referral, the Nurse Contact Center, and future integrated service lines (e.g., Home Health & Hospice, Patient Financial Care Center, AWH Customer Care, Hospital Information, and Specialty Clinics).
The Manager drives performance consistency, optimizes staffing and resource utilization, and leads programs that enhance quality, training effectiveness, and workforce efficiency in alignment with organizational goals and industry benchmarks. The Manager also serves as the system owner for Shared Support technologies (e.g. Calabrio), reporting frameworks, and process governance, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance across all supported functions.
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field required.
+ Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in contact center, quality assurance, workforce management, or training & development.
+ Demonstrated experience managing or implementing WFM and QA technologies
+ Proven success leading cross-functional teams and developing enterprise performance frameworks.
+ Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
+ Strong data-driven decision-making skills and ability to communicate analytics to senior leadership.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics/reporting tools.
+ Knowledge of HIPAA, TCPA, and healthcare regulatory compliance requirements.
+ Position requires some travel between Aspirus locations.
