    + **Compensation Plan:** Depending on qualifications/experience, this opportunity can offer up to a base salary of $160,000 plus yearly bonus.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Senior Electrical Project Manager - Industrial is responsible for leading projects from conception through completion – planning, coordinating, and overseeing industrial projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, technical ability, and organizational skills.

    Responsibilities:

    + Project Management:

    + Manage all phases of electrical projects, from initial planning to final closeout.

    + Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

    + Coordinate manpower scheduling, material procurement, and equipment needs.

    + Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure full understanding of scope.

    + Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, engineers, and suppliers.

    + Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure project expectations are met.

    + Lead project meetings, provide updates, and resolve issues proactively.

    + Financial Management:

    + Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts.

    + Review and approve change orders, subcontractor invoices, and progress billings.

    + Track job costs and ensure profitability targets are achieved.

    + Quality & Safety:

    + Ensure projects meet company quality standards and electrical codes (NEC, state, and local regulations).

    + Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety and compliance with company and OSHA requirements.

    + Conduct project walkthroughs and inspections as needed.

    + Team Leadership:

    + Collaborate with field supervisors and electricians to coordinate daily activities.

    + Provide guidance, support, and problem-solving to ensure smooth project execution.

    + Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is a plus. Professional Engineer License is a plus.

    + 15+ years of experience is preferred.

    + Strong electrical background.

    + Experience designing industrial projects.

    + Experienced in CAD and knowledge of ladder logic.

    + Ability to design and estimate jobs from customers ideas/drawings.

    + Ability to change designs based on customer’s budget.

    + Ability to project manage from design stages to completion.

    + Must also be able to sell projects to the customer.
