Responsibilities for a CNC Machine Operator include but are not limited to:

+ Accurately read and interpret CNC prints and precision measuring tools to produce parts meeting exact specifications.

+ Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to maintain efficiency and high-quality output.

+ Complete all required documentation, such as quality forms and daily inspection reports, with attention to detail.

+ Use a variety of hand tools and shop equipment, including air guns, wrenches, and drill presses, to support machine operation and minor adjustments.

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues quickly and maintain a smooth workflow.

+ Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, ISO requirements, and quality control procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Candidates for CNC Machine Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ 1–5 years of experience operating CNC machines or similar precision machining equipment

+ Ability to read and comprehend CNC prints and maintain tolerances to .000

+ Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers

+ Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math functions

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and quality documentation

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

+ **Steel toe work boots required**

+ Background Exception: **NO EXCEPTION**

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
