    Description

    Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a local organization. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate business records and ensuring that data is up-to-date, organized, and accessible.

    Responsibilities:

    + Input, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems

    + Review data for accuracy and completeness

    + Perform regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies

    + Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

    + Generate reports and support data management projects as needed

    + Assist with general administrative tasks to support the team

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role

    + Fast and accurate typing skills

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Suite applications

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills
