Our client is seeking a Senior FP& A Analyst to lead financial planning and analysis across operations, partnering with top leadership and cross-functional teams to drive performance, innovation, and growth.

• Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead development and execution of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with strategic goals

• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workforce planning and productivity

• Serve as a subject matter expert in financial systems and policy interpretation

• Advise senior FP& A and business leaders on risks, opportunities, and long-range planning

Reporting & Data Tracking

• Oversee creation of performance dashboards and executive-level reports

• Prepare materials for executive reviews and strategic discussions

• Recommend action plans to improve business performance

• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and data governance

Requirements

• MUST have Professional Services Industry FP& A experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting required, or Business, Master’s preferred

• CPA or CMA certification preferred

• 7+ years of progressive FP& A experience (forecasting, modeling, budgeting)

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools

• Strong command of financial statements, performance metrics, and scenario modeling

• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels

• Proven leadership in fast-paced, matrixed environments
