Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team at a food processing facility in Grandview, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in operating sit-down forklifts in a food processing environment and demonstrate a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

+ Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging within the facility.

+ Load and unload trucks while ensuring product integrity and compliance with food safety standards.

+ Maintain accurate inventory records and follow proper storage procedures.

+ Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.

+ Adhere to all company safety policies and food handling regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 4–5 years of experience operating a sit-down forklift in a food processing environment.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet production deadlines.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

+ Valid forklift certification preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
