Job Title: Maintenance Engineer** **Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to install and troubleshoot industrial machine control systems, including three wire and PLC controls. This role involves installing, repairing, and diagnosing both AC and DC motors, single and three-phase power systems up to 480 V, as well as mechanical power transmission drives and related systems. Additionally, the Maintenance Engineer will handle pneumatic equipment and perform general facility maintenance, including plumbing and carpentry work.
Responsibilities
+ Install and troubleshoot industrial machine control systems, including three wire and PLC controls.
+ Install, repair, and diagnose both AC and DC motors, single and three-phase power systems up to 480 V.
+ Install, repair, and diagnose mechanical power transmission drives and related systems such as gearboxes, sprockets, belts, and pulleys.
+ Handle pneumatic equipment including compressors, blowers, solenoids, valves, cylinders, and flow controls.
+ Support the preventive maintenance system and apply industrial lubricants.
+ Operate basic hand and power tools and test equipment properly.
+ Support plant production equipment setup and execution of Breadder, mills, scalper, and sifter setup, changeover, and disassembly requirements.
+ Responsible for the hookup and unloading of bulk rail materials and the proper hookup of bulk material trucks.
+ Maintain and upkeep robotic, conveyor, and bagging systems.
+ Handle waste in compliance with EPA rules.
+ Conduct daily inspections of forklift equipment.
+ Adhere to company rules and procedures.
+ Operate a forklift and lift up to 75 pounds.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with schematics and troubleshooting electrical systems including AC motors, overloads, and fuses.
+ Ability to lift 75 lbs.
+ Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices, including preventive maintenance and repair.
+ Proficiency in pneumatic systems and equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Hydraulics experience is a plus.
+ Tow motor/forklift certification is a big plus.

Work Environment
This role is based in a food environment where conditions can be hot in summer and cold in winter. Tasks may require working outside in the dock and rail yard. The environment includes a significant presence of flour and grain.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.50 - $27.50/hr.
