    Job Title: RecruiterJob Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Recruiter to join our team. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles specifically for engineering roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, while maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles for engineering roles.

    + Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative channels.

    + Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.

    + Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and extending offers.

    + Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

    + Build and nurture a pipeline of engineering talent for current and future needs.

    + Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive hiring practices.

    Essential Skills

    + 2-3 years of technical recruiting experience.

    + Experience in recruiting technical skillsets such as engineering, IT, finance, procurement, and supply chain.

    + Proficiency in talent acquisition and technical recruiting.

    + Experience with ATS and full-cycle recruiting processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in scheduling, coordinating, and onboarding.

    + Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with hiring managers.

    + Strong communication and organizational skills.

    Work Environment

    The position is located on-site in Hunt Valley, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. This role currently does not offer remote work options. You will have the opportunity to grow with the Talent Acquisition team and be part of numerous upcoming projects and initiatives.

    This is a Contract position based out of Cockeysville, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
