Pay & Benefits * Pay: $15.00 – $17.00/hr (based on experience & assignment) * Weekly Pay + Daily Pay Option * PAID orientation, training & ongoing education * Flexible schedules – YOU choose when you work * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Referral and recognition bonus programs * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * 24/7 office support and on-call assistance * Travel time + mileage reimbursement * Exclusive employee discount program What You’ll Do You'll help seniors live independently in their own homes by providing: * Personal Care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting * Companionship and conversation * Meal Preparation and light housekeeping * Medication Reminders * Transportation Assistance (appointments, errands) * Accurate Documentation of care activities Requirements * A heart for caregiving and compassion for others * 6+ months of caregiving experience  * Valid driver’s license + current auto insurance -or - Reliable transportation * Eligible to work in the U.S. * High school diploma or GED preferred * Able to pass background checks * 2 professional references Why Griswold?
