Required Education/Experience

+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and with at least 8 years of relevant work experience

+ Master's Degree in Engineering and with at least 6 years of relevant work experience

Relevant Work Experience

+ Depending on education, 6-8 years relevant work experience in Construction and Data Analytics with a minimum of 3 Years of supervisory/managerial experience. Required

+ Working knowledge and experience in the following areas: Contract Administration, Construction Operations, Contractor Payments, Change Management, System Integration, Work Management Systems. Required

+ The ability to drive change and lead strategic initiatives. Required

+ Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty. Required

+ Ability to plan and organize workloads as well as excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Required

+ Proficient in the use of MS Office products and data analytics software. Required

+ Strong working knowledge of Oracle and Maximo. Required

+ Must be able to communicate strategies and give persuasive presentations. Must be able to interact with all levels of management. Required

+ Ability to handle multiple assignments with changing priorities while meeting deadlines. Required

+ Ability to establish medium and long-term plans and priorities. Required

Additional Physical Demands

+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

+ Must be able and willing to travel within company service territory, as needed.

+ Must be able and wining to travel to trade shows, vendor sites, training seminars, and conventions outside the Con Ed service territory as required.
