Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Director of Finance to lead and elevate the company’s finance, accounting, treasury, and FP&A functions. This role is ideal for a senior financial leader with deep expertise in GAAP, revenue recognition, CECL, lending and software accounting frameworks, and full-cycle financial management. This individual will manage direct reports and cultivate a high-performing team.

Skills and Requirements

- Previously worked in a public financial company

- Capital Markets Expertise

- Loan Accounting Knowledge

- BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Experience with ERP systems; - NetSuite preferred.

Strong technical expertise in ASC 606, ASC 310, ASC 326/CECL, ASC 842, and related frameworks. - Structured Finance Exposure

- Treasury Experience

- Experience in lending, fintech, or SaaS/software industries strongly preferred.
