    Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, A division of IES, has openings for New Construction Plumbers/ Residential Plumbers who are either Experienced Plumber or Helpers, Phase Specialist, Sewer Crew, Rough In Specialist or Three-Phase Plumber are welcome.

    Qualifications:

    + Valid Florida driver’s license with a 3-year clean driving record.

    + Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.

    + Ability to work independently.

    + Good communication skills.

    + Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

    Compensation:

    + $20-$60 a fixture on straight time (depending on phase)

    + $30-$90 a fixture on overtime (depending on phase) Yes, we pay overtime on piece rate, it’s the law!
