We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Principal Program Manager to join our team. This role focuses on strategic program management within the Client and Product Technology Service (CPTS) organization. This is a key leadership role in the CPTS organization requiring exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of technology and business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud and enterprise technology services, and a passion for developing and driving high impact outcomes. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, finding opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of central initiatives across multiple programs.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate closely with executive management to define central initiatives, assess business needs, and develop detailed roadmaps to deliver high-impact programs that align with organizational outcomes.
+ Establish, manage and lead programs focused on maturing cross-team operations.
+ Create and distribute executive level communications, presentations, reports, and other correspondence as needed.
+ Support CPTS senior leaders with project and program coordination, and day-to-day business administration to accelerate organizational outcomes.
+ Use data-driven approaches to evaluate performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies to optimize and influence organizational processes.
+ Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of business requirements, program outcomes, and timelines.
+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across teams and drive program success.
+ Identify inefficiencies and gaps within business and technical processes, work with senior leadership and stakeholders to implement improvements and optimize workflows, tools, and technologies.
+ Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including business requirement documents, project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
+ Establish, maintain, and report on team-specific critical metrics.
+ Provide regular progress updates and strategic insights to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
+ Manage and communicate risk proactively, identifying potential issues and blockers that may hinder program execution.
+ Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
+ 12+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager supporting and advising senior technology leaders.
+ Proven experience in strategic program management, preferably with a focus on large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
+ Strong analytical skills that enable gathering, interpreting, and presenting data-driven insights.
+ Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project).
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
