As a Quality Control Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring every product that leaves our production line meets the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

+ Keeping a close eye on production, ensuring it aligns with our strict specifications

+ Performing hands-on visual, functional, and dimensional inspections

+ Conducting detailed measurements and product-specific analysis (e.g., particle tests)

+ Supporting new batch releases and ensuring everything is ready to go

+ Investigating deviations and supporting continuous improvement

+ Championing quality and supporting a culture of excellence, safety, and 5S

Qualifications

What You Bring:

+ Secondary vocational education (mechanical technician or related)

+ 2+ years of experience in a similar role within quality control or production

+ Strong computer skills (MS Office, MES systems)

+ Basic knowledge of measurement and inspection techniques

+ Solid understanding of manufacturing processes

+ Good communication, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude

+ Very good English - written and spoken
