    Job Summary and Qualifications

     

    The Leadership Development Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing leadership and organizational development programs that enhance leadership capability and organizational performance. This role partners with HR Business Partners and operational leaders to identify development needs and implement solutions that drive engagement and growth.

    What you will do in this role:

    + Manage and execute Leadership Institute programs, including communication, facilitation, tracking, and reporting.

    + Facilitate high-impact leadership development sessions in both virtual and in-person settings.

    + Support succession planning and multi-rater assessments.

    + Consult with leaders on development needs and provide strategic recommendations.

    + Measure program effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative data analysis.

    + Advocate for digital learning strategies and leverage technology for program delivery.

    What you should have for this role:

    + Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

    + 5+ years of experience in leadership development or organizational development.

    + Strong facilitation and communication skills.

    + Experience with learning strategies, succession planning, and change management.

    + Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
