    Global Senior Product Marketing Manager - ERP

    Job Description:

    As a Global Senior Product Marketing Manager for Sage X3, you’ll lead how Sage’s flagship ERP solution for complex manufacturing and distribution businesses is positioned and taken to market. With Sage having unveiled the next gen of X3, including embedded AI capabilities through Sage Copilot, this role sits at a pivotal moment in the product’s evolution. You’ll own global positioning and go-to-market strategy, with the majority of focus on the U.S. market, translating sophisticated ERP and AI capabilities into clear, differentiated and compelling stories, guide launch and growth plans and enable marketing and sales teams to drive adoption, growth, and long-term customer value.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in product marketing with knowledge and background in at least one of the following:

    • ERP solutions, manufacturing or supply chain software or complex B2B SaaS (required).

    • Strong ability to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for complex products.

    • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning

    • Experience developing pricing and promotional strategies that balance growth and profitability.

    • Expert storyteller and skilled at creating clear, compelling presentations and sales enablement materials.

    • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to executives, VAR partners, customers, and large audiences.

    • Proven track record of building productive relationships, effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

    • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives within deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define Sage X3’s next gen positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market messaging for manufacturing and distribution.

    • Build and manage product launch plans aligned with business and revenue goals, ensuring ongoing market relevance and pipeline growth.

    • Partner with Product Management to translate product functionality and benefits into clear, differentiated messaging.

    • Develop pricing and promotional strategies that balance growth, retention, and long-term profitability.

    • Support the launch and growth of complementary Sage AI embedded solutions such as Sage Copilot and Sage Supply Chain Intelligence.

    • Create impactful presentations and sales training materials to equip sales teams to communicate Sage X3’s value to internal and external audiences.

    • Collaborate with regional marketing teams on industry-specific campaigns that drive awareness and demand.

    • Act as an ambassador for Sage X3 in the market, contributing to thought leadership and building relationships with partners and industry stakeholders.
