Work You'll Do

+ Lead overall engagement (deliverables and talent) and manage risk

+ Drive client impact while:

+ Executing high quality work and meeting all contractual requirement

+ Driving standardization efforts by leveraging existing firm assets / accelerators to address client specific challenges

+ Utilizing the appropriate risk management procedures and ensuring the delivery quality standards are executed and maintained

+ Identifying and escalating potential technical risks and other engagement risks, and resolving appropriately

Our Human Services Transformation offering delivers large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies across federal, state, and local government agencies.

Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor's degree

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

+ Ability to travel up to 80%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

+ 15+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience

+ 10+ years of experience delivering large scale technology implementations and / or Operate engagements, specifically responsible for overall engagement delivery and risk management

Preferred:

+ PMI Project Management or Program Management Professional
