Description
The Operations Analyst strengthens how our business operates by supporting improvements to processes, systems, and the data that flows between them. This role contributes to workflow automation initiatives that reduce manual work and streamline both administrative and field operations. You will assist with designing and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and create more reliable, repeatable workflows.
This is a hybrid position, where you will also support data handling for inventory and asset management systems, including operating inventory management tools, working within the company ERP, maintaining accurate asset records, and helping ensure certifications and maintenance requirements are properly tracked.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:
+ Operate inventory management tools, ensure data accuracy, and maintain aligned records within the company ERP
+ Maintain accurate asset traceability, documentation, certifications, and maintenance records
+ Assist with workflow automation efforts to streamline administrative and operational processes
+ Support development and implementation of process improvements that increase efficiency
+ Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
+ Perform data cleaning, validation, and organization across multiple systems and data sources
+ Collaborate with leadership to translate business needs into reporting, automation, and system enhancement solutions
+ Document dashboards, workflow logic, data flows, and process changes
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Bachelor degree preferred or relevant experience in data, process improvement, business analytics, or related fields
+ Proficiency in advanced Excel with familiarity in Power BI preferred
+ Exposure to workflow automation and process improvement concepts
+ Experience using AI tools in a business setting preferred
+ Understanding of inventory or asset management data workflows preferred
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
+ Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving ability
+ Ability to work across departments and support teams with actionable insights
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:
+ Lifting up to 30 lbs.
+ Sitting for long periods of time
+ Possible climbing of stairs
+ Possible exposure to shop or warehouse conditions and regulations
