    What You'll Be Doing

    + Perform routine and preventative maintenance on quarry equipment to ensure optimal performance.

    + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues efficiently.

    + Collaborate with team members to maximize equipment uptime and operational productivity.

    + Conduct inspections and document findings to support safe and compliant operations.

    + Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and maintenance processes.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment.

    + Experience with troubleshooting hydraulic and electrical systems.

    + Capability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

    + Commitment to safety protocols and best practices in an industrial environment.

    + Effective communication and teamwork skills to support a collaborative work culture.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    Physical Demands of the Job

    + Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and working at heights or in confined spaces.

    + Regular lifting and carrying of materials up to 50 pounds.

    + Performing repetitive motions and using hand and power tools safely and effectively.

    + Exposure to dust, vibrations, and physically demanding tasks requiring endurance and flexibility.

    + Starting Pay $32.00 per hour DOE
