Position Summary
The **Medical Assistant** plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include:
+ Providing direct patient care
+ Handling patient registration and scheduling appointments
+ Performing various office-related tasks
Minimum Requirements
+ Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program _OR_ One year of Medical Assistant work experience (in lieu of program completion)
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ **BLS CPR Certification** by the American Heart Association
Credential Requirement
Must obtain at least **one (1)** of the following Medical Assistant credentials within **6 months of hire** :
+ American Association of Medical Assistants ( **AAMA** )
+ American Medical Technologists ( **AMT** )
+ National Center for Competency Testing ( **NCCT** )
+ National Healthcareer Association ( **NHA** )

COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $20.05 - $26.81 per hour
_Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles._
